GLIMPSES OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT TRAINING AT DIGHA

Moments of training programme on Hotel Management organised by West 'Bengal Labour Welfare Board in collaboration with State institute of Hotel Management, Durgapur held from 14th july to 18th july 2025 at Digha Labour Welfare Centre. JLC (P) Haldia, OC, Digha P.S. and other officials were present on the inaugural day of the programme. The trainers and officials of State institute of Hotel Management, Durgapur taught the incumbents about various types of Hospitality Management works during this 5 days workshop. Sumita Mukherjee, Hon'ble Welfare Commissioner, West Bengal, Debu Kar, Deputy Welfare Commissioner and other Officials were present on the last day of the programme. The Hon'ble Welfare Commissioner gave a valuable valediction lecture for the participants and briefed the media personnel about the objectives and importance of the workshop in the closing ceremony of the training programme. Overall, this training programme was applauded by the participants as an effective one as well as immensely helpful for them and it got wide media coverage. total 25 no of trainees participated in the programme
