Appoint Smt. Sharmila Khatua, Additional Labour Commissioner, of Labour Commissionarate, as "State Public Information Officer" of Labour Department, all Boards and Directorates under Labour Department in regard to the implementation of "RTI Act, 2005" for this Department, all Boards and Directorates under Labour Department with immediate effect and until further orders.
All pensioners / Family pensioners of West Bengal Labour Welfare Board is herebe requested to submit their life certificate within 30.11.2021 to the head office of the West Bengal Labour Welfare Board in person or by messenger or by registered post.
This is to inform that the Portal https://lwf.wblabour.gov.in for the Online System of Collection of Contribution in accordance with the Section 9 of the West Bengal Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1974 and the Rules made thereunder will "GO LIVE" w.e.f. 6th July, 2020 and no other mode of payment will be accepted henceforth.

The employers of the different Factories, Commercial Establishments, Plantations, Motor Transport Undertaking, Hotels, Restaurants, Public Entertainment and Amusement Establishments are required to deposit half-yearly contribution to this Board.
