Deposits payable to the Board

Statuary Contribution:

An amount of Rs 33/-, comprising of employers contribution @ Rs 30/- and employee contribution Rs 3/- , payable by the employers every 6 months (30th June and 31st December), through ONLINE mode from the website (https://lwf.wblabour.gov.in/wblabour/) shall be deposited to the Board.

Unpaid Accumulations:

The employers will deposit all the unpaid accumulations (gratuity, bonus, wage etc) payable to the employees after three years of the said amount becoming dues and all fines recovered from the employees to the WB Labour Welfare Fund.
